Thank you for considering Tahnee Georgia Music for your event, performance, or music lessons. The following terms help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Booking Requests
All booking requests and enquiries are personally reviewed by Tahnee before confirmation.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. A booking is only confirmed once availability has been confirmed and any required details have been agreed upon.
Performance Bookings
Performance bookings may include venues, private events, weddings, corporate functions, markets, festivals, and other live music engagements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including:
Date and time
Venue location
Performance requirements
Contact details
Any significant changes to event details should be communicated as soon as possible.
Music Lessons
Lesson bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Students are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure they receive the full benefit of their lesson.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson where scheduling commitments prevent additional time from being provided.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide as much notice as possible.
While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, alternative dates cannot be guaranteed.
Tahnee Georgia Music reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, an alternative date or suitable arrangement will be discussed where possible.
Outdoor Events and Weather
For outdoor performances, the client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable performance area.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, performances may be postponed, relocated, or cancelled at the discretion of Tahnee Georgia Music.
Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and fees (where applicable) will be discussed and confirmed prior to the event or lesson.
Any agreed fees must be paid within the timeframe specified on the invoice or booking confirmation.
Equipment and Safety
Tahnee Georgia Music reserves the right to refuse or cease a performance where conditions are considered unsafe for performers, equipment, or attendees.
Photography and Promotion
Photographs or videos taken at public performances may occasionally be used for promotional purposes on websites or social media.
If you have concerns regarding the use of images from a private event, please discuss this prior to the performance.
